General Pool Rules are posted on the Big Red Apple on the north wall.
Members & Guests must sign in at the front desk and all guests must fill out an AAC Guest Information Sheet at the front desk prior to entering the pool. (See guest policy for addtional information)
Nannies must sign in at the front desk, be age 17 or older, indicate the family they are with and fill out a Nanny Registration Form
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult or baby sitter who is 14 or older. (baby sitter must show American Red Cross Baby sitting card) Do not leave children under the age of 14 unattended at the pool.
Swimmer Diapers for babies and young children who are not potty trained are required. If you forget yours, please ask for one at the front desk.
Safety is very important. Please keep all deck chairs behind the drain-line so the guards can access the pool deck quickly in case of an emergency.
Sunscreen please use the grassy areas when applying spray type sunscreens and tanning aids to avoid stains on the pool deck
Pool Hours/Closing times leaving the pool, picnic and tennis areas on time is very helpful to our staff. Exceptions and accommodations can usually be arranged with the manager on duty.
No single guest may visit AAC more then four (4) times per season (including holidays) and you cannot pay for extra visits. (swim & tennis team events as well as swim lessons excluded)
All guests are asked to fill out the guest forms at the front gate
Visits are monitored by the AAC staff
Guest passes cannot be combined with other members’ guest passes to do a party or large group gathering. For safety reasons we need to adequately staff for these events.
Sharing your guest pass or using another member’s guest pass for your guests in not permited.
